IV starting calculation
Add $99.99 for IV setup to the selected component prices. Confirm the actual formulation, dose, supplies, administration time and total before treatment.
If insurance covers a medically necessary B12 component, an additional Lipo-B wellness-ingredient charge may start from $10. Benefits and office policy vary.
