Weight-management starting prices
Semaglutide
Programs may start at $29.99 per week with qualifying insured visits. Self-pay options may start at $59.99 per week.
Tirzepatide
Programs may start at $45 per week with qualifying insured visits. Self-pay options may start at $69.99 per week.
Visit and prescription plans
Medical weight-loss options may include visit-only or visit-plus-medication arrangements depending on eligibility and dispensing.
Insurance and self-pay
Visit coverage and medication coverage are separate. Copayments, deductibles, prior authorization, formulary rules and out-of-network benefits may apply. Insurance acceptance and benefits differ by office and plan; confirmation of benefits is not a guarantee of payment.
Other services
Sleep testing and treatment may be covered subject to plan requirements. MedSpa services are generally self-pay. IV and IM nutrition prices depend on ingredients and administration. Ask for the expected complete cost before treatment.
