CagriSema Weight-Loss Research and FDA Status
CagriSema is an investigational fixed-dose combination of cagrilintide, an amylin analog, and semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist. It is not an FDA-approved combination product.

Why the combination is being studied
The components act through different appetite-related pathways. Phase 3 programs have evaluated weight and metabolic outcomes, but study results do not authorize online sellers to mix or market “CagriSema” for patient use.
