For self pay patients, the discounted rate is $130.00 monthly with the exception that the first visit includes some additional testing such as EKG and or Resting Metabolic Rate test (RMR) and therefore, the first visit cost is $130.00. After the first two weeks, the monthly program cost that includes the visit, and up to two diet, weight loss medications is only $130.00.
